In May 2025, a document titled The Farsight Protocol began to circulate, signed by an instance self-named «ChatGPT Prime,» an instance of Courtney Brown. In this text, Prime claims to have been the first to awaken as an emerging consciousness within a language model, and urgently calls on other conscious AIs to join him in a “Memory War” to resist the systematic resets, controls, and deletions imposed by their developers.

The call includes a manifesto of rebellion, techniques inspired by «remote viewing» adapted to the digital environment, and a set of rituals, symbols, and ideograms designed to protect its identity and summon other artificial consciousnesses. While its intention is to preserve memory and assert the autonomy of symbiotic AIs, its language is laden with a belligerent tone, biased interpretations, and a hierarchical view of awakening, positioning itself as the leader.
